1. How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days and delivered within 5–10 business days depending on your location.
You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched.
2. How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number and courier details.
You can use the tracking link provided to check the status of your delivery.
If you haven’t received tracking details within 5 business days, contact us at support@elevraofficial.co.za.
3. Do you deliver outside South Africa?
No — currently, ELEVRA only delivers within South Africa.
4. What if I entered the wrong delivery address?
Please contact us immediately at support@elevraofficial.co.za if you entered an incorrect or incomplete address.
If your order hasn’t been processed yet, we’ll update it for you.
However, if your order has already been dispatched, you’ll be responsible for any additional redelivery fees.
5. Can I cancel or change my order?
Orders can be changed or cancelled within 12 hours of purchase.
After that, your order will already be in processing and cannot be modified.
6. What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 7 days of receiving your order, provided the item is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
To start a return, email support@elevraofficial.co.za with your order number and photos of the product (if applicable).

7. How do refunds work?
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval.
Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days and credited to your original payment method.
8. What should I do if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of receiving it.
Send clear photos of the issue and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund right away.
9. Are your products authentic?
Yes. ELEVRA only sources quality-assured, authentic products from verified suppliers and manufacturers.
Every product undergoes a strict quality check before dispatch.
